Agenda 21 and the War on Private Property

Do silly little antiquated ideas like private property ownership mean anything to you? If not, feel free to continue on your merry oblivious way to a Socialist future, but for the rest of us it’s time to learn a thing or two about a global push towards “sustainable development.” We’re talking about a two-decades old plan called Agenda 21. Launched under the auspices of the United Nations (of course) and embraced by George H.W. Bush, Agenda 21 uses the term “sustainable development” but actually means the virtual elimination of private property around the world.

It’s not like we’re making things up here. The goal of Agenda 21 is plainly stated in the text of the document as follows:

Land… cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and therefore contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes. The provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interest of society as a whole.

Did you just read that last paragraph? REALLY read it? Private land ownership and wealth accumulation leads to social injustice?! Holy cow – toss everything the founding fathers believed in out the window. Under its present incarnation, currently hard at work in California and other quasi socialist enclaves, a slew of foundational American precepts are at risk, among them: private property ownership, single family homes, individual travel choices, private car ownership, and privately owned farms.

If you support the elimination of the United States as the only voice of freedom in the world, do nothing. Agenda 21 and the Socialist in Charge will take care of the rest. However, if you have a smidgin of nervousness in your body about surrendering the idea of private property, take a listen to Holistic Survival Show #92 in which Jason Hartman interviews Behind the Green Mask author Rosa Koire regarding a future after complete implementation of Agenda 21.

If you find yourself seeking that one final bit of evidence that Agenda 21 is something to be avoided at all costs, consider this factoid: George Soros LOVES the proposal.
